Job description

• As a Project Manager - Hybrid Energy Solutions, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of innovative energy projects that integrate solar (PV), battery energy storage systems (BESS), wind energy, and energy management systems (EMS).
• You’ll lead hybrid energy projects from planning through execution and completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with quality and compliance standards.
• As a Project Manager - Hybrid Energy Solutions you’ll develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource schedules, aligned with client expectations and strategic goals.
• You’ll support cross-functional internal teams and external subcontractors to ensure effective collaboration, optimize resource allocation, and drive project milestones.
• As a Project Manager - Hybrid Energy Solutions you’ll monitor the financial health of each project—developing forecasts, tracking expenses, managing contract terms, and ensuring timely billing.
• You’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, maintaining clear, consistent, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Your profile

• You hold a Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Civil), or possess equivalent qualifications through education and experience.
• You have proven experience in project management, ideally within the renewable energy sector (PV, BESS, EMS) or related technical industries.
• You excel at coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing diverse stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• You have excellent command of English, and are proficient in Dutch and/or French.
• You are a strong communicator with solid interpersonal skills, take initiative, and thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments.
