Job description As the HSE Officer - Wind Energy you will be supporting management and hierarchical line with the implementation of HSE goals, and providing boots on the ground to support technical teams. You’ll be assisting and advising Installation, Service, Operations Managers in the completion of hazard identification, risk assessments and method statements; you’ll be promoting andsupporting a proactive safety culture within the company, providing guidance and engagement to ensure a safe work environment. As the HSE Officer – Wind Energy you’ll be leading the implementation of HSE standards and systems from headquarters to the region, including risk and incident management. You’ll be travelling to the organization’s locations, project sites and customer premises nationwide to ensure compliance with national legislation and the organization’s HSE standards. As the HSE Officer – Wind Energy you’ll be carrying out site visits and inspections in accordance with annual HSE action plans, work schedules and as required. Your Profile You have relevant HSE qualifications, with extensive experience in occupational safety topics. Strong organizational and project management skills, along with the ability to balance time-sensitive priorities and navigate cross-cultural boundaries. Experience in matrix organizations, ideally in both construction and O&M activities within the Wind sector, Oil and Gas, or other heavy industries. Proven experience in implementing HSE initiatives and management systems compliant with ISO standards. Highly articulate with English, Dutch and French communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and experience in engaging and leading others. Interested?
