Project Coordinator - Renovation & Construction

Group BRS is a growing company specializing in renovation projects for the B2B market, including hotels, industrial buildings, facades, and even complete interior projects. As a Project Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to use your organizational talent, technical expertise, and people skills to elevate our projects to the next level.

Your focus

• Organizing & planning: after the sale, you take the lead. You plan projects from start to finish, including budget management, preparing specifications, and creating a watertight schedule.
• Site management: you monitor project progress closely, manage your team (workers and subcontractors), and act as the main point of contact on-site.
• Procurement & preparation: together with your colleagues, you qualify subcontractors, manage purchases, and meticulously prepare projects.
• Technical challenges: with your expertise in architecture and building construction (facades, roofs, balconies), you serve as a sparring partner for foremen and provide high-quality solutions.
• People management: you motivate and lead a diverse team (English, French and/or Dutch) and foster a positive work atmosphere.

Your profile

• Experience: you have experience with renovation projects (balconies, facades, sealings, roofs, interiors).
• Technical knowledge: a background in construction engineering or architecture is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills: you know how to structure projects and maintain oversight, even under pressure.
• People skills: you can motivate a team and communicate effectively with workers and subcontractors in English, French or Dutch.
• Hands-on mentality: you’re not afraid to make decisions and get involved directly.
• Location: preferably living in the Brussels region, allowing you to easily attend morning briefings at the Zaventem headquarters.
