About the Role
We’re looking for a Site Administration Coordinator to support administrative and on-site compliance activities for a major construction project.
Your mission? Ensure workers, subcontractors, and teams are correctly registered, properly trained, and equipped to work safely and legally on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify the administrative compliance of workers and subcontractors before site access
- Check permits, certifications, and training validity (safety training, work-at-height, machinery, etc.)
- Ensure all personnel have the appropriate tools and PPE according to safety standards
- Maintain and update compliance records and documentation
- Perform routine checks on-site and assist with audits
- Report non-compliance and follow up with corrective actions
- Collaborate with site management, HSE teams, and contractors
Profile We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Good communication skills – able to interact with workers and contractors
- Ability to start work early (presence on site from 7:00 AM)
- Interest in construction and security standards
- Experience in compliance or construction is a plus, but not required – training provided
