Job Purpose
Haworth is a global leader in the design and manufacture of adaptable workspaces, including systems furniture, seating, storage and wood case goods, and collaborative furniture. As the interface between sales management and clients & dealers, the sales process is supported from a design, operational, and logistical perspective.
The Sales Support role works closely together with the Sales Manager, providing end-to-end support throughout the entire sales process – from the initial client visit to the finalization of the sale, including Day 2 orders. Additionally, the sales support role is responsible for ensuring a positive client experience in the showroom, which includes being present to welcome and assist clients.
