You’ll operate independently with full flexibility, managing your own schedule and acquisition strategy. Sales execution is your priority - all investment advice, portfolio management, and post-sale servicing are handled internally by dedicated teams. Manage the full acquisition cycle for high-net-worth prospects, focusing solely on bringing new clients to the firm Conduct remote, high-level conversations to assess client needs and position the firm's value proposition Consistently meet and exceed conversion goals while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from initial interest to onboarding Participate in ongoing training and knowledge sessions to enhance your understanding of the firm’s offering and positioning You have 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition within financial services, private banking, insurance, or a related sector You are skilled at engaging with high-net-worth individuals and building trust-based relationships that lead to results You’re a goal-oriented self-starter who thrives on independence, structure, and accountability You are fluent in English and either French and/or Flemish is essential.
