Position Overview

As part of the Business Applications Services (BAS) Tribe , our mission is to deliver and continuously improve Ordering, Billing, Finance, and Provisioning services , while modernizing our on-premises and cloud technology stack .

Several years into this transformation journey, we are now advancing the consolidation and modernization of our technology landscape and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives focused on Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) .

We are looking for a hands-on, versatile Project Manager with a strong interest in Security and Operational Excellence , who thrives in a cross-cultural, agile environment . Curiosity and a willingness to learn are key in our dynamic and evolving setup.

Reporting to a Leadership member , and working closely with Product Owners and the Engineering Lead , you will lead a multi-year PQC program , coordinating technical teams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with quantum-safe security standards .

You will join a diverse Tribe of 170+ professionals , primarily based in Belgium and Malaysia , where collaboration, continuous learning, open feedback, and teamwork are core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Define the project roadmap, set milestones, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with squads across the Tribe, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and cybersecurity partners
• Regulatory & Standards Compliance: Stay current with NIST recommendations and other PQC-related guidelines
• Risk Management: Identify cryptographic transition risks and define mitigation actions
• Communication & Reporting:
• Build and enable a PQC community within the Tribe
• Provide regular status updates to leadership
• Maintain clear and structured project documentation
  

Budget & Resource Management: Manage allocated budgets and optimize resource usage

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT project management , preferably in cybersecurity or cryptography
• Strong understanding of cryptographic protocols and post-quantum security challenges
• Professional proficiency in English
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and MS Project
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a pragmatic approach to cybersecurity
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
• Highly organized , able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Passion for continuous improvement and high-quality deliverables
• Inclusive, collaborative, and delivery-focused approach
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Cybersecurity , or a related field
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM) are a plus
