Working closely with a small HR team, you will oversee daily human resources activities for multiple entities, ensuring smooth operations and consistent employee support.
Main Responsibilities
Manage core HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, employee requests, contracts, payroll coordination, and company car administration
Ensure compliance with labor regulations in Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany, in collaboration with external partners
Maintain regular communication with employees, monitor well-being, and support performance reviews, bonus follow-up, training needs, and subsidies
Coordinate internal initiatives such as corporate events and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
Required Profile
Solid experience in human resources, preferably within Belgium, Luxembourg, and/or Germany
Good knowledge of labor law in at least one of these countries; multiple-country expertise is a strong advantage
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a proactive and solution-driven approach
Fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English
High standards of confidentiality, ethics, and reliability
Experience with HR tools such as Odoo is a plus; IT sector experience is an asset but not mandatory
