Freelance HR Officer Payroll


Start : ASAP ~ Full-time Role Overview Working closely with a small HR team, you will oversee daily human resources activities for multiple entities, ensuring smooth operations and consistent employee support. Manage core HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, employee requests, contracts, payroll coordination, and company car administration ~ Maintain regular communication with employees, monitor well-being, and support performance reviews, bonus follow-up, training needs, and subsidies ~ Coordinate internal initiatives such as corporate events and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes Solid experience in human resources, preferably within Belgium, Luxembourg, and/or Germany Fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English Experience with HR tools such as Odoo is a plus;
