On of our clients is hiring a Freelance Senior Functional Analyst with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing business needs, shaping technology solutions, and guiding the full CRM implementation lifecycle— from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support. Lead the analysis, documentation, and validation of business and functional requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations( sales & marketing). Partner with customer to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions using CRM capabilities. Support the full project life cycle, including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and change management. Work closely with developers, testers, architects, and project managers to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly. Map existing business processes and recommend improvements aligned with Dynamics 365 features. Lead or support data migration planning, testing, and execution. Define and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and test cases. Assist in planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support end-user training and adoption strategies. Serve as the liaison between business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, with at least 3+ years focused on Dynamics 365 CRM. ~ Financial Services, Retail] is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
