IT Lead
to drive automation, AI integration, and service excellence in a dynamic, multi-vendor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Operations & Automation
- Lead automation strategies to streamline application management and reduce manual effort
- Integrate AI technologies for predictive maintenance and smarter incident resolution
- Monitor and optimise workflows to meet SLAs and KPIs
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage large-scale, multi-year contracts with external IT partners
- Drive RFPs, renewals, and benchmarking activities
- Evaluate proposals and ensure compliance with standards and timelines
Performance & Compliance
- Maintain dashboards for skills resilience and training compliance
- Track actions from performance reviews and steering committees
- Oversee invoice validation, budget tracking, and spend visibility
Knowledge Transfer & Audit Support
- Ensure smooth handover from project teams to support functions
- Support internal audits (Quality, Security, etc.)
Your Profile:
- 5+ years in enterprise IT environments
- Proven expertise in Service Management (Incident, Request, Change)
- Strong knowledge of automation platforms and generative AI
- Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with GxP and Power BI (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
