Release & Change Manager

We are looking for a Release & Change Manager to join a dynamic, run‑oriented IT environment where application and infrastructure changes are deployed every week. This role sits at the center of daily operations and plays a critical leadership function , ensuring production stability, governance, and full compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

As the final decision‑maker before go‑live, you will secure releases, enforce procedures, and act as a key reference point for audits and operational governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and coordinate weekly releases across applications and infrastructure.
• Ensure all change prerequisites are complete and compliant: testing evidence, approvals, risk assessments, rollback plans.
• Act as the GO / NO‑GO authority for production deployments.
• Drive day‑to‑day coordination with architects, engineers, and application teams.
• Validate that all testing phases are completed, documented, and approved before go‑live.
• Serve as the primary contact for audits, governance reviews, and compliance checks, ensuring full traceability and documentation.
• Strengthen release governance and continuously improve operational processes.

Profile & Skills

• Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes (GL, AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting, closing, reporting).
• Proven experience in IT Finance transformation projects (ERP, accounting systems, reporting tools).
• Dual functional & technical mindset, with the ability to challenge technical teams when needed.
• Solid knowledge of IT project lifecycles, change management, and delivery methodologies.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
• Strong communication, coordination, and decision‑making skills.
