BI Analyst

Medior BI Analyst (Power BI & Azure)

Location: Northwest of Brussels | Type: Freelance | Duration: 3 months | Mode: Hybrid

We are currently looking for a Medior BI Analyst to support a project focused on enhancing data accessibility and business insights through advanced dashboarding and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for business stakeholders
• Work with large datasets and optimize data models using Tabular Editor
• Manage data loads and refreshes via SSMS, Tabular, or REST API
• Optimize data transformations using Power Query and DAX
• Implement Incremental Refresh, Query Folding, Deployment Pipelines, and ALM Toolkit
• Reconcile data using BEX Queries, A4O, and WEBI
• Ensure data security through Row-Level and Object-Level Security
• Create mobile-optimized reports with strong visual design

Profile:

• Proven experience with Power BI and Azure data tools
• Skilled in data modeling, transformation, and visualization
• Familiar with enterprise BI practices and tools
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Experience with BEX Queries, A4O, and WEBI is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PL-300) are a plus
