At ProUnity, you work in a compact organization where MSP and contingent workforce management play a key role in supporting our clients' external staffing strategies. You ensure that external workforce processes run smoothly, compliantly, and with a strong customer focus. At the same time, you actively contribute to improving processes, service quality, and collaboration across teams.

Your impact at ProUnity

As an MSP Specialist, you are responsible for the day‑to‑day execution and coordination of MSP services for one or more client accounts. You act as the central point of contact between clients, suppliers, freelancers, and the vendor management system (VMS), ensuring that external workforce processes are efficient, transparent, and compliant.

You combine operational control with a service‑oriented and advisory mindset. You support clients throughout the full external hiring lifecycle, monitor quality and compliance, and translate operational insights into concrete improvements.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate and manage external staffing and MSP processes from job intake to contract, timesheet, and invoicing;
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and freelancers within the MSP framework;
  • Advise clients on candidate selection, hiring processes, and workforce optimization;
  • Manage contracts and contract extensions within the VMS;
  • Monitor timesheets, invoicing, and data quality;
  • Support and train stakeholders in the use of the vendor management system;
  • Ensure proper onboarding of freelancers and suppliers;
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Product & Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Finance;
  • Prepare and analyse reports and KPIs, and contribute to client business reviews;
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and governance frameworks;
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement within MSP processes;
  • Monitor supplier performance and service quality.

We expect from you

You are service‑oriented, structured, and comfortable working in an MSP or external workforce environment where operational coordination and client interaction come together. You take ownership, maintain an overview, and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders.

In addition, you bring:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field;
  • Previous experience in recruitment and/or MSP processes;
  • A tech‑savvy mindset and strong comfort working with digital tools and platforms;
  • Strong organisational and communication skills;
  • A problem‑solving and proactive mindset;
  • The ability to work accurately and maintain high quality standards;
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to share knowledge;
  • Ideally, an excellent command of English, Dutch, and French; trilingualism is a strong asset for this role.
