Position: Finance Consultant – EPM

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)

Type: Full-Time

A leading enterprise performance management consultancy is expanding its Belgium team and is looking for Finance Consultants eager to grow their careers in financial systems and planning transformation.

This role is ideal for finance professionals with a foundation in FP&A or financial modelling who want to transition into delivery consulting. You’ll receive comprehensive training on Pigment, one of Europe’s fastest-growing planning platforms, and gain hands-on experience implementing solutions for clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, configuration, and delivery of financial planning and reporting solutions.
• Work with client finance teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional system designs.
• Build and maintain planning models covering P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Assist with testing, data validation, and user support during implementation.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants and contribute to project success.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or reporting (corporate or consulting).
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; familiarity with VBA or EPM tools (e.g. Anaplan, Adaptive, TM1, SAP BPC, Oracle PBCS, or Pigment) is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of financial processes and performance metrics.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• Based in Belgium, with the ability to work 2 days per week from the Brussels office.
