A well-established EPM consultancy is growing its team in Belgium and is looking for an Oracle EPM Consultant who would like to broaden their skillset by training in Board International. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build on their current planning or consolidation expertise while learning one of the fastest-growing performance management platforms in the market.

About the Role

You will work closely with clients to deliver planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions. The role blends functional finance knowledge with hands-on system configuration, and the firm will provide full training and certification in Board International to help you transition confidently into its ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Participate in the design and delivery of Board solutions for planning and reporting
• Apply your existing Oracle EPM experience to translate finance needs into effective system designs
• Support workshops, testing cycles, and end-user training
• Work with teams across Europe on cross-border engagements
• Support clients post-go-live and help enhance their applications over time

About You

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Oracle EPM (FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS) or another enterprise planning tool
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, or reporting processes
• Comfortable engaging with finance stakeholders in a client-facing role
• Experience in consulting or an internal finance systems position
• Belgium-based with availability to be in the office 2–3 days per week
• Keen to learn Board International and expand into a multi-tool EPM career
