Director of Finance Digitalisation

Our client is a major actor of green mobility. They have now an opportunity for a new position as Director of Finance Digitalisation.

Leading a team you will oversee the digitalisation of, and optimisation of all the financial processes and build a data driven approach to decision making.

Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining budgetary governance, leading digital transformation within Finance, and building a standardised, efficient data infrastructure to enable faster, better-informed decisions.

You will coordinate data management, ensuring access to both financial and non-financial information, and create a centralised reporting framework to deliver timely, accurate reports across departments. You will drive the development and optimisation of financial business models, standardise financial processes, and oversee project management by setting guidelines and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Building and activating a strong internal and external network, you will facilitate collaboration across different domains and stakeholders. Remaining at the forefront of industry developments, you will proactively seek out relevant information, develop innovative concepts and tools, and promote a culture of initiative and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

Profile

• You possess knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• You have experience in people management.
• You have worked in a large, complex organization.
• You excel at developing and implementing a vision and can convincingly persuade others.
• You are skilled at establishing dialogue, can be directive when necessary, but also know how to find compromises.
• You have extensive experience managing change and overcoming resistance—both internal and external—and can unite people to achieve objectives.
• You have in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Given the scope of the role, the company, and your stakeholders, you are bilingual in both national languages; knowledge of English is also expected.
