We are currently looking for a Middleware Operations Analyst to join the Middleware Foundations Squad and support the operational follow-up of system integrations.
Your Responsibilities
Monitor the health and performance of production environments.
Perform first-level technical analysis on incidents and drive them to resolution.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding operational issues.
Support development and testing phases to ensure operational readiness.
Coordinate and execute application deployments and infrastructure changes.
Analyze recurring issues, initiate problem management, and contribute to long-term solutions.
Provide technical support to key users and functional analysts.
Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and understand solution architecture.
Participate in extended business hours support (7h-19h) and 24/7 on-call duties for critical components.
Continuously improve operational procedures, documentation, and automation.
Contribute to the transition toward a DevOps operational model.

Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication skills; customer-oriented and results-driven.

Willing to assist colleagues and share knowledge.
Stress-resistant and adaptable to a multinational environment.
