- Middleware Operation Analyst

Introduction / Context The client is a key player in the dynamic energy market, offering tailored energy. Within this context, the teams collaborate to design, develop, and operate high-quality integrated systems. We are currently looking for a Middleware Operations Analyst to join the Middleware Foundations Squad and support the operational follow-up of system integrations. Your Responsibilities Monitor the health and performance of production environments. Perform first-level technical analysis on incidents and drive them to resolution. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding operational issues. Support development and testing phases to ensure operational readiness. Coordinate and execute application deployments and infrastructure changes. Analyze recurring issues, initiate problem management, and contribute to long-term solutions. Provide technical support to key users and functional analysts. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and understand solution architecture. Participate in extended business hours support (7h-19h) and 24/7 on-call duties for critical components. Continuously improve operational procedures, documentation, and automation. Contribute to the transition toward a DevOps operational model. Skills Technical Skills & Tools: IBM ACE, IBM MQ, IBM DataPower ELK Stack, Kafka/Confluent, Docker, Azure infrastructure KONG, PostgreSQL, Bash scripting Integration concepts: ESB, message brokers, file transfers, EDA, API management Familiarity with: Aix scripting, SQL, Java, Perl, XML Competency Areas (with proficiency levels): Secure communication (SSL/SSH/TLS) Web service communication XML/XSLT, WebSphere MQ, Unix operations, SQL ITIL incident management: Kibana monitoring, Kafka High availability, Java, BPM, EIA Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience). Strong communication skills; customer-oriented and results-driven. Proactive, motivated, and a team player. Structured and autonomous work style with a sense of responsibility. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Willing to assist colleagues and share knowledge. Stress-resistant and adaptable to a multinational environment. Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with excellent English proficiency. Availability for evening and weekend interventions. Knowledge of the energy market is a plus.
