HR Officer


Your role: 

Hybrid Software operates worldwide and has commercial operations in various regions. 


As HR Officer, you will be responsible for both the implementation of personnel policy at group level and the personnel administration of the Belgian and French subsidiaries. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer.


Main tasks of the position:

  • In consultation with central management, you will develop a coherent personnel policy;
  • You will be responsible for the implementation and enforcement of internal processes and procedures. You will contribute to the improvement of existing processes and regulations;
  • When legislation changes, you know how to translate the new laws and regulations to your own organisation. You have an eye for legal aspects and are able to implement them independently;
  • You are responsible for accurate payroll and personnel administration: you take care of payroll and leave administration in the Belgian and French entities and ensure correct processing in the other group companies, for which you collaborate with local employees;
  • You are responsible for drawing up and taking care of contracts as well as compliance of personnel files;
  • You are the point of contact for our employees.
  • You provide management information on HR topics and know how to process the data in an analysis.


You will operate in a highly international context and, together with the various teams, you will think proactively and solution-oriented. 


Your profile:

- Holder of a master's degree in HRM or equivalent through experience;

- At least 10 years of relevant experience;

- Good knowledge of MS Office;

- Bilingual in Dutch/English, knowledge of French, German and/or Italian is an advantage;

-  Good knowledge of Belgian social legislation, knowledge of international legislation is an

advantage;

-  Discrete;

-  Pragmatic doer with good communication and social skills;

-  Independent, proactive and able to set priorities;

-  Ability to implement processes and changes;

- Interest in a software environment is an asset.
