Your role:
Hybrid Software operates worldwide and has commercial operations in various regions.
As HR Officer, you will be responsible for both the implementation of personnel policy at group level and the personnel administration of the Belgian and French subsidiaries. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
Main tasks of the position:
You will operate in a highly international context and, together with the various teams, you will think proactively and solution-oriented.
Your profile:
- Holder of a master's degree in HRM or equivalent through experience;
- At least 10 years of relevant experience;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Bilingual in Dutch/English, knowledge of French, German and/or Italian is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of Belgian social legislation, knowledge of international legislation is an
advantage;
- Discrete;
- Pragmatic doer with good communication and social skills;
- Independent, proactive and able to set priorities;
- Ability to implement processes and changes;
- Interest in a software environment is an asset.
