Altitude IT is partnering with a leading consultancy delivering secure digital services for EU institutions.

We’re seeking a Technical Lead – Workflow Modernization to drive the evolution of workflow systems within a Translation Management System.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams on architecture and requirements alignment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team.
• Contribute to architectural documentation and system design.

🧠 Your Experience Includes:

• Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and relational databases
• Workflow engines: Flowable, Camunda, or Activiti
• Tools & frameworks like Visio, Draw.io, C4 Model, or arc42 (can be learned on the job)
• Strong understanding of SQL/PLSQL, GraphQL, REST APIs, OpenID Connect, and Enterprise Integration Patterns
