The ideal candidate will be driven by his/her own motivation , and will not have a 9 to 5 mentality . Experience in our sector is not mandatory, but a work experience of at least 2 years would be preferable. However this does not mean that we exclude very motivated students that just finished university! Working in the International Real Estate sector is absolutely a dream job, as our clients come to fulfill their dream with us, it is extremely satisfying! Commitment, transparency and loyalty are key-words within our organisation!   Responsibilities Manage website, based on Wordpress (we have 3 very important websites) Content creation Post management Social Media Mgmt Mailings Salesforce mgmt (Marketing atomization using PARDOT/Salesforce - Account engagement) Product management , thereby searching for new Real Estate projects and dealing with the contracting Work with developers and register our clients Prepare reservation contracts and review them with the client's lawyer Support the managing director in various strategic tasks Work in Salesforce and follow up on our field sales agents Prepare inspection trips to Spain for our clients ... Qualifications Ideally min. 2 years of experience (preferably in Real estate), but not a must Self-motivated and entrepreneurial Strong communication skills Strong administrative skills (Structure!) Native Dutch, fluent English (and ideally also French) Last but not least; positive attitude of 'What can I do for the company?', instead of 'What can the company do for me?'
