🕒 We’re Hiring – Project Scheduler (DECOM Program – EPC/EPCM Environment)

We are looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to support a major dismantling (DECOM) program. You will join a dedicated on-site Program Support team and play a key role in schedule management and coordination across multiple technical projects.
🔧 Your Role
As a Project Scheduler, you will:
- Manage and maintain the integrated schedule for several dismantling projects in line with defined planning and reporting guidelines
- Work closely with all project stakeholders (Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, etc.) to define and align project activities and interfaces
- Develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and a detailed project schedule enabling accurate tracking of all activities
- Allocate resources to project tasks and ensure alignment with the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)
- Collect on-site progress data, lead follow-up meetings, and update the planning accordingly
- Monitor deviations, analyze schedule risks and slippages, and propose corrective actions in coordination with the project and program teams
- Alert project leadership to any significant discrepancies from the baseline plan
- Report schedule performance using key metrics (Critical Path, EVM, etc.)
- Use PPM tools such as Clarity and Planisware for regular reporting on schedule and project deliverables
🎓 Your Profile
✅ Background:
- Technical degree (Engineering or similar)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC or EPCM project environments
- Prior experience in complex industrial or dismantling projects is a strong asset
✅ Skills & Mindset:
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Strong analytical mindset: logical, pragmatic, and rigorous
- Excellent organization and priority management
- Autonomous with strong initiative and accountability
- Clear communicator, team player, and active listener
✅ Languages:
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
✅ Other:
- General knowledge of nuclear environments is an asset
- Nuclear clearance/accreditation required or obtainable
