Your responsabilities:
Strategic Client Management
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives (CEO,CFO, Directors,..) aligning solutions with their strategis objectives
- Understand client challenges, identify opportunities for added value, and contribue to long-term client loyalty and growth
- Ensure regular client engagement, anticipate needs, monitor satisfaction, and adapt strategies accordingly
- Handle complex or sensitive situations with diplomacy and assertiveness
Project Management
- Collaborate with internal Delivery & Services teams to ensure timely, on-budget project execution aligned with client expectations.
- Coordinate with technical and clients teams to ensure project coherence, planning, accuracy, and proactive risk mitigation
- Ensure smooth transitions between project phases and act as the SPOC for high-risk or strategic projects
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, upsell services, and support strategic client negotiations
- Participate in contract renewals and client discussions with a focus on long-term value creation
Your profile
- Bachelor/Master studies in a related area (Commercial Engineer, Economics, Communication, ...)
- At least 3 years of experience in managing key accounts, complex projects, and working with decision-makers at senior levels, preferably in ERP/SaaS environments
- Experience within the ERP sector such as ODOO, SAP or another ERP player
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to lead or support technical and functional discussions with customers
- Fluent in French and English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus
- Skills : strategic mindset, persuasive and influential, leadership, organized, customer-centric and results-oriented, adaptability and team spirit
