Interim vacancy – email marketeer

Responsible for setting up the emails and newsletters within imec. You will need to gather all information within the marketing and communication department to set up and send the mails in the most efficient and optimal way. Goal is to have relevant and engaging invites, newsletters... to our target audience

Temporary vacancy: for 3-4 months with the possibility of prolongation

About the role

For the next three months, we are looking for a motivated and practical email marketeer to support imec's marketing and communication team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and sending out newsletters, event invitations and other marketing mails. You will work closely with colleagues from across the department to gather the right information, translate it into relevant and engaging content, and make sure it reaches the right audience in the most effective way.

This is a temporary position where you can make a real impact: your work will directly influence how our target audiences experience imec's activities, events and updates.

Your main tasks

• Build and manage target segments in our mailing tool
• Set up and send out marketing mails, invites and newsletters
• Collect and combine content and input from different stakeholders
• Evaluate and optimize campaigns to improve results and engagement

Your profile

• You have a basic knowledge of marketing and communication
• Copywriting skills are a plus (but not required)
• You have strong communication skills and can collaborate well with different colleagues and stakeholders
• You are eager to learn and not afraid of working with a more complex mailing tool
• You are practical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
