Engineer: Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer , you will step from day one onto live, high-profile construction sites with a Technical Director as your personal mentor. You’ll help steer some of Belgium’s most talked-about real-estate developments, safeguarding quality, budget and timing while learning the full project life-cycle inside out. Few positions give you this level of responsibility, visibility and coaching so early in your career.
What you will do
Design & Tender (preliminary to contract award)
Scrutinize architects’ and engineers’ drawings to secure the smartest technical solutions.
Keep a pulse on specialized suppliers and subcontractors to test ideas for technical and financial feasibility.
Support the tender process: issue RFQs, coordinate bidder Q&As, track milestones and compare bids.
Construction
Prepare and attend weekly site meetings so decisions can be taken fast and based on facts.
Monitor contractors’ schedules and document flow to keep every stakeholder on track.
Run on-site quality checks and provide crisp technical answers to clients—whether apartment buyers or corporate tenants.
Provide Sales Guidance team with clear technical input for their customers.
Acceptance & Handover
~ Orchestrate provisional and final acceptances: plan inspections, consolidate snag lists, chase statutory approvals and ensure “as-built” documentation is flawless
What you bring
~ Master’s degree (Civil / Industrial Engineer Construction or Architectural Engineering).
~3–5 years’ experience on building projects.
~ Eagle-eye accuracy, analytical flair and the assertiveness to defend the right solution.
~ Resilience in a fast-moving environment and the people skills to engage clients and partners alike.
~ Dutch and French plus solid English; proficient with MS Office and construction-specific software.
