The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge applications that leverage advanced AI technologies aimed at a diverse user base. This role involves working within a complex, secure environment and contributing to the integration and optimization of AI models. Responsibilities The consultant will be tasked with the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications utilizing pre-developed AI components. Key responsibilities include: Integrating AI models into high-performance applications. Developing scalable backend services and user-friendly frontend applications. Testing, debugging, and optimizing existing solutions. Collaborating within an agile team to ensure deliverables are met with a \"get-it-done\" mindset. Profile of the Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background with a proven track record in developing AI-based applications. Essential qualifications for this role include: Demonstrable expertise in programming tasks, including coding, testing, and debugging. Substantial experience with React, Docker, , PostgreSQL, and Python. Experience with Agile development methodologies, with the ability to take a leadership role. Fluency in Dutch at the European CEFR level C2 is required, along with proficiency in English. A strong capability for coaching and leading a development team is advantageous. Technical Skills The following technical skills and experiences are essential for this position: Proficient in CSS and experienced with TypeScript/Tailwind for stand-alone applications. Knowledge of local hosted LLMs and experience in training and fine-tuning datasets. Familiarity with AI vision models such as YOLO, DETR, ResNet, CLIP, and others. Experience in signing IT codes and completing NDAs is required.
