Job Description

The SAP Project Manager is responsible for leading SAP-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving successful implementation or optimization of SAP systems.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end SAP projects (analysis, design, implementation, deployment, support).
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners (consultants, vendors).
• Monitor project risks, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead steering committees and provide regular project reporting.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with SAP standards.
• Support change management and user training.
• Stay up to date with SAP innovations (e.g., S/4HANA, Fiori).

Required Profile:

• Higher education in IT, project management, or related field.
• Proven experience in SAP project management (minimum 5 years).
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate are a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus depending on the context).
