Account Manager Patient Monitoring & Life Support – East & West Flanders

Your role


As Account Manager for East & West Flanders, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the region. You are responsible for:

  • Visiting hospitals and healthcare institutions to promote, advise, and sell high-end medical technologies in the domains of patient monitoring and life support.
  • Managing and growing relationships with existing clients, while actively prospecting new opportunities in the region.
  • Collaborating closely with our clinical application specialists to ensure smooth implementation and follow-up.
  • Participating in industry events, product demonstrations, and medical congresses.
  • Aligning with internal teams and management to report on your activities and contribute to the overall commercial strategy.
  • You will be responsible for drafting both daily quotes and customized offers in line with tender specifications, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.


Your profile


  • You speak Dutch fluently; a good command of English and/or French is a plus.
  • You have experience in the medical or paramedical sector, or you’ve built up relevant sales experience in a technical or healthcare-related field.
  • You are a driven professional who acts with integrity, thrives on collaboration, and is genuinely committed to making a difference. Someone who values true partnership, brings deep expertise to the table, and isn’t afraid to push boundaries in pursuit of excellence
  • You enjoy working independently and take ownership of your targets and projects. while actively collaborating with colleagues across technical, application, and other divisions to achieve shared goals.
  • You are a relationship builder with a commercial mindset—you like being with clients and providing added value.
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technology in a clear and convincing way.
  • You are proactive, results-driven, and motivated to make a real impact in healthcare.
  • You hold a valid category B driving license.
