Position Overview:

Manage accounting-related emails

Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting

Prepare and submit VAT and tax declarations

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accuracy of financial statements

Verify and process invoices

Apply the “four-eyes” control principle

Manage payroll-related entries

Ensure financial data integrity

What you'll do:

Support internal and external audits

Ensure data accuracy

Proactively resolve discrepancies before audits

Provide backup support for accounting and reporting tasks

Foster a collaborative team environment

What you bring:

Experience in preparing financial statements

Experience with year-end closings

Solid knowledge of Belgian tax regulations, including VAT
