About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled CRM Application Developer to join a small, agile team supporting the Affluent & Private Banking division. This role involves developing and maintaining custom CRM tools used by Private Bankers, Priority Bankers, and Wealth Managers. You will work closely with business users to deliver fast, reliable solutions and provide ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new features and enhancements for a custom-built CRM system.

Maintain and troubleshoot existing internal applications.

Provide first, second, and third-line support to end-users via email and phone.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver rapid solutions.

Balance both operational support and development tasks in a dynamic environment.

Technical Skills (Required)

• C#
• WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
• CSS
• SQL Server
• Entity Framework

Preferred Experience

Experience working in a banking or financial services environment.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales support tools.
