Position Overview: As a Senior Digital Customer Journey Analyst, your mission is to capture and understand the end-to-end customer journey across all digital touchpoints (web and app). Your insights will help continuously improve customer experience and drive the performance of our digital business.

What you'll do:

Tagging Strategy & Implementation

  • Challenge business needs by clarifying objectives and defining KPIs and supporting metrics.
  • Develop and document tagging strategies and technical specifications for implementation by Front-End developers.
  • Collaborate with developers by creating detailed User Stories for tagging requirements.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Present findings through compelling data storytelling tailored to various audiences.

Data-Driven Culture

  • Promote a data-driven mindset across the organization.
  • Educate stakeholders on data usage and facilitate data-informed decision-making.

What you bring:

  • Experience- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital analytics or customer journey analysis.
  • Technical Skills -Mandatory: Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare
  • Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Business Skills- Ability to translate business objectives into KPIs and tagging strategies.
