We’re looking for a HR Business Analyst who thrives in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment and enjoys working with international teams.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Support the transition to a product-oriented SAP HR model using Agile/SCRUM.
- Improve HR processes by analyzing requirements, modeling workflows, and producing functional documentation.
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria; prepare and support testing & UAT.
- Provide 2nd-level support for HR applications (mainly Fiori).
- Investigate system issues and propose solutions.
- Ensure IT solutions align with business processes and integrate smoothly with other domains.
- Collaborate with product teams in Belgium and Germany to plan enhancements.
- Develop HR reporting and run data analyses to support decision-making.
💡 What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on HR processes.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR operations and their impact across departments.
- Fluent in English + Dutch/French/German.
- Experience designing user stories, test scenarios, and supporting UAT.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with S/4HANA, SAP HR (OM & PA), and Fiori apps is a plus.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to bridge business & IT.
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, and functional documentation.
