We are looking for a Project Manager / Analyst - ERP Finance to support the selection and implementation of a Finance ERP within a large, complex insurance organization.This role goes beyond a traditional PM position. The ideal candidate combines project leadership with strong functional and business understanding, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the ERP journey. Key responsibilitiesAct as Project SPOC / Project Manager for the Finance ERP initiativeCoordinate and support the ERP acquisition / selection processLead coordination during the ERP implementation phaseChallenge existing needs and processes to optimize both acquisition and implementationProvide functional and business support to Finance teamsPropose solutions and recommendations with a strong advisory mindset ProfileProven experience in selecting and implementing a Finance ERPExperience in complex organizations (multiple entities, different decision centers, multiple accounting teams)Ability to combine project management, business analysis, and advisory rolesStrong stakeholder management and coordination skillsLanguages: French and dutch: mandatory
