About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Enterprise Architect to lead the design and evolution of IT architecture in a fast-paced, innovation-driven payments environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology and is passionate about shaping scalable, secure, and future-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain enterprise and solution architectures

Translate business strategy into IT architecture and system design

Lead architectural governance and security reviews

Drive simplification and modernization of IT systems

Ensure compliance with group-wide architecture standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud, API, and data architecture

What You Bring

✅ 5+ years in enterprise architecture

✅ 5+ years in acquiring, issuing, or payments

✅ Strong knowledge of financial services and data architecture

✅ Experience with cloud technologies and API integration (preferred)

✅ Architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF); project management cert is a plus

✅ Fluent in English + active/passive knowledge of Dutch or French
