As an AI Analyst , you will play a key role in translating stakeholder and business requirements into meaningful chatbot functionality. You will analyze chatbot interactions, define conversation flows, and provide insights that improve user experience and performance.
This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, data insights, and conversational AI design .
Key Responsibilities
β Analyze business requirements and identify high-value chatbot use cases
β Define conversation flows , user intents, and information needs
β Monitor chatbot usage, performance metrics, and user feedback
β Support model evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives
β Collaborate closely with AI Engineers and AI Architects
β Document requirements, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders
β Ensure chatbot solutions align with organizational needs and priorities
Required Skills & Experience
πΉ Experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or AI-related projects
πΉ Understanding of Conversational AI concepts and chatbot design principles
πΉ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
πΉ Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders in complex environments
πΉ Skilled in translating functional needs into structured requirements
πΉ Experience in Insurance or Healthcare is a strong plus π₯π
