You will join a stable, family-owned company located in the region of Leuven. The organization specializes in developing innovative and sustainable material solutions for a wide range of outdoor applications.
As an Operator, you play a key role in the production process. You ensure that machines run smoothly, efficiently, and according to customer specifications.
Your responsibilities include:
- Adding materials into the machine
- Setting and adjusting machine parameters, based on customer requirements
- Identifying and removing deviations in the process, checking whether issues are caused by the machine or parameter settings
- Investigating and resolving error messages
- Cleaning the machine thoroughly after production to prevent contamination
- Performing maintenance work on the machine during periods without production
You are hands-on and take ownership of your work to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- Previous experience is not required, but knowledge of electromechanics_through education or experience_is essential.
- Experience as a production operator with a focus on electromechanics is a plus.
- You take initiative, enjoy responsibility, and are flexible in your work
- You speak fluent English or Dutch.
- On regular days, you work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On production start-up days, you work from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
