Are you looking for a role combining stakeholders management, purcahsing expertise and negociations ? 👉 You’re at the right place: Intys is hiring! 🛠️ Your role As an Purchasing & Procurement Consultant , you will: Set up full supplier selection process Sourcing of new suppliers for specific business needs Prepare and launch of Request for Quotation with suppliers Contribution to end-to-end RFP process Lead project negotiation Create supplier Contract and manage Contract execution Build supplier relationships Engage with the suppliers Ensure the on-time delivery and quality of the raw materials or finished goods Measure their performances thanks to KPIs Participate actively to daily buying activities Use ERP for purchasing and procurement movements Redaction of technical requirements Make and place your orders on-time to ensure the full supply chain cycle Apply the procurement process and provide return on experience Take part in challenging procurement and purchasing projects across various industries (manufacturing, logistics, energy, infrastructure, etc.) Performance measurements: Savings P&L and Cost to Complete 👤 About you You hold a Master’s degree in business, purchasing or procurement You have 1 to 5 years of professional experience in an industrial, retail, energy or lifesciences environment You are fluent in French and English ; Dutch is a strong asset You already used of SAP, Ariba, Salesforce, Odoo, Coupa or any other ERP is a must You can easily adapt to your stakeholders and build strong relationships You demonstrate cost savings approach, negotiation skills and a proactive mindset Experience in public procurement is a real asset 🤝 What we offer A competitive salary package Including company car, fuel card, full health insurance, pension fund, meal vouchers, mobile subscription, net expenses, etc. Work with impact Through hands-on field missions and project assignments, your work has a direct impact on client performance.
