Your Role
As a Growth / Performance Marketer, you are responsible for generating high-quality leads and improving our entire marketing funnel.
You think and work data-first: you build campaigns, test hypotheses, analyze results, and scale what works.
This is not a role where you only execute tasks.
You identify what needs to happen and make it happen.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation & Campaigns Develop and run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, website, email, outbound flows, retargeting) to attract the right audiences.
- Outbound Growth Set up smart, personalized outbound campaigns (Lemlist / Odoo / LinkedIn automation) and continuously optimize them.
- Funnel & Nurturing Ensure leads progress through the funnel with relevant messaging, workflows, and nurturing sequences.
- Website & Landing Pages Collaborate with our content marketer to create and improve conversion-focused landing pages.
- Data & Experimentation Measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns continuously using A/B tests and growth experiments.
- Sales Alignment Ensure the right leads reach the right sales team and monitor results throughout the funnel.
Who You Are
- Experienced in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or long sales cycle environments.
- Self-driven: you see opportunities and take ownership.
- Thinks in funnel logic and understands what a Marketing Qualified Lead really means.
- Comfortable experimenting and using data to make decisions.
- Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, or equivalents.
- Fluent in English and at least Dutch, Frencj or German.
