As Business Controller, you’ll play a key role in building a new department from scratch, working in close partnership with the CFO. This means gaining hands-on experience directly alongside senior leadership, shaping a department from scratch and developing your career with valuable international exposure.

Business Controller - Your Responsibilities

• Act as the sparring partner of the CFO.
• Coordinate external accounting partners and ensure proper financial follow-up.
• Take charge of financial planning, including budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage cash flow (in & out) and oversee treasury planning.
• Develop and implement business reviews and KPIs to monitor performance.
• Carry out target vs actual analyses and deliver clear reports for decision-making.

Business Controller - Your Profile

• Ideally 3-5 years’ experience in Controlling ideally including an Audit (BIG 4)/Accounting background of 2 years.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Business Controller - Your Package

• 75.000€/year + Package
• Mobility budget of 1.200€/month.
