Looking for a new adventure? Are you ready to be the person in charge? An international group in the city center of Brussels is looking for an Accounting Manager to take charge of a 25-person department in a forward-thinking environment with zero micromanagement. Profile Dutch or French speaker with excellent command of English Bachelor’s degree in Accounting + ITAA Certified At least 7 years of experience in an accountancy firm Proven experience in coaching, managing, and developing team members. Key Tasks Supervise, coach, and motivate the team to achieve KPIs and deliver high-quality output. Perform global review of client accounts, periodic reporting, annual accounts, VAT and tax returns. Manage client relationships, coordinate audits, follow onboarding processes, and prepare commercial proposals. Drive process optimization, standardization, and adherence to internal procedures. What We Offer Annual salary up to 100,000 € gross .
