Treasury - Working for Treasury gives you the unique opportunity to gain insights into both the corporate and the banking environment. You will get in touch with cash management concepts, in-house banking, exposure hedging, working capital, risk management and so many more.
Innovative Medicine Principal Operations (IMPO) – This team is responsible for the financial processes specific to a principal entity (Intellectual Property owner). This entails amongst others the correct allocation of cost and revenues across the entire organization and the financial support of the principal campuses.
Finance Research & Development - Being the Global Center of excellence for financial expertise within the Janssen Research & Development organization.
Hospital Medical Devices (GMED) – This department serves as an International Logistics Coordinator of finished goods for the Medical Devices & Diagnostics product portfolio.
Global Audit & Assurance – Providing independent, objective assurance and advisory services designed to add value and improve J&J's operations while assisting management in maintaining compliance with government & industry regulations, mitigating risk and achieving operational excellence.
Technology Services Finance – Performing process improvement projects, financial control activities and supporting the IT Leadership Team for all finance related topics.
Commercial Finance: support the commercial organization in bringing the product to the market.
Supply Chain Finance: Financial business partner for one of the plants or logistic team in Belgium
Qualifications - What do you need to succeed?
You hold a Master's degree in Economics (Master of Applied Economics, Business Engineering, Business Administration, …) or equivalent (Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, …) – With a strong interest in Finance.
You are graduating in 2026 or a recent graduate with less than 2 years of professional working experience.
You are a team player and have a global mindset.
You are accurate and have strong analytical skills.
You are flexible, eager to learn, highly motivated, hands-on and stress resistant.
You are passionate about taking ownership and advancing issues towards resolution.
You can express yourself fluently in English.
