Construction Manager

For a major client in the defense industry, we are seeking a skilled Industrial Construction Project Manager to lead strategic projects focused on duplicating and optimizing production lines within advanced industrial facilities.

This role combines technical leadership with operational impact, offering the opportunity to shape infrastructure that supports national defense capabilities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction and layout work for industrial building structures.
• Work directly with operators on the production floor to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead the replication of existing production lines at the Liège and Antwerp sites.
• Manage technical, budgetary, and scheduling aspects of the project.
• Coordinate with stakeholders in both French and English.

Your Profile:

• Industrial engineer in construction or industrial site supervisor.
• Experience in industrial environments, ideally within the defense sector.
• Strong field presence and ability to communicate effectively with operators.
• Fluent in French (working language on site) and proficient in English.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, rigor, and leadership skills.
