Main Responsibilities

• Collect necessary data to define legal inspections
• Maintain up-to-date inventories of assets subject to periodic legal controls
• Define strategies for legal control execution
• List required activities and draft work instructions
• Plan and carry out legal inspections, including coordination with approved external bodies
• Provide support to operational teams involved in or impacted by inspections
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures (e.g., work permits, PLCA procedures)
• Report on the deployment and execution of inspections
• Implement continuous improvement loops for execution and implementation processes
• Provide technical expertise to help define improvement action plans
• Ensure all activities comply with
  GMP/GLP standards
  and company quality systems

Technical Skills Required

• Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to technical-pharmaceutical environments
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify non-conformities
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Profile

• Technical or scientific background (e.g., Industrial Engineer or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a regulated environment (pharma, chemical, or food industry)
• Familiarity with
  GMP/GLP standards
  and Belgian legal compliance requirements
• Fluent in
  French and English
• Proficient in standard IT tools (MS Office Suite)
• Experience with electricity
