For a leading client in the data center construction sector, we're looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to join a high-specifications, fast-track international project. You will be responsible for overseeing all civil works on-site, ensuring technical excellence, safety, and timely delivery in a mission-critical environment.

Your profile:

• 5–10 years of experience in civil site management within the construction industry.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience on data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing:
• Groundworks (earthworks, excavation, backfill, drainage)
• RC Structures (pads, slabs, frames)
• Steel structures and precast elements
• External works (roads, paths, fencing, landscaping)
• Familiarity with CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) packages and coordination with MEP trades.
• Engineering degree or equivalent in civil engineering or construction management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel or relocate for the duration of the project.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all on-site civil construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Interface with MEP teams and other trades to ensure seamless integration.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure timely execution of works.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to the Project Manager.
• Review and approve engineering documents, drawings, and schedules.
• Maintain high standards of site organization and documentation.
