Market Research & Business Development Associate

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Market Research & Business Development Analyst to join our team. In this dual-focused role, you will play a key part in guiding business growth by conducting in-depth market research across multiple regions and identifying new opportunities for expansion.

You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing market intelligence, industry dynamics, and customer trends to support strategic decision-making. Your findings will directly inform business development initiatives, helping shape go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and product positioning.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Conduct in-depth market research across various countries to evaluate business opportunities (potential new customers and sales).
• Analyze and synthesize data from various sources (public databases, industry reports, internal data, etc.) to produce clear, insightful findings.
• Create detailed reports and visual presentations that effectively communicate research outcomes to different stakeholders.
• Present findings to managers and decision-makers, providing recommendations and answering follow-up questions.
• Perform ad hoc research tasks as requested by leadership or other departments.
• Continuously improve research methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and insight quality.

What do we require?

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, market research or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in market research, business analysis, or data interpretation. Exposure to corporate or international environments is a bonus.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data or trends.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
