ph3Mission Overview /h3pThis is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Scrum Master. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, working on-site and collaborating with client teams to deliver impactful results. You will bring your expertise to diverse environments, ensuring the successful application of agile methodologies and supporting the client’s teams in their transformation journey. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAct as the key reference for agile frameworks, particularly Scrum, ensuring the project team’s understanding and effective use of the methodology. /liliProtect the team from internal and external distractions, maximizing project outcomes. /liliCoach the project team, business lines, and stakeholders on agile interactions and best practices. /liliIntegrate client systems with external services and adapt internal IT systems and processes accordingly. /liliAlign operational processes and adapt roles and responsibilities to ensure smooth transitions and effective collaboration. /liliSet up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings. /liliSchedule and follow key steps of the methodology, ensuring smooth use of Scrum and helping the team overcome obstacles. /liliSupport the Product Owner with the Product Backlog and assist the team in delivering the Definition of Done, Sprint Backlog, and more. /liliTrack team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress. /liliCoach and challenge the project team, promoting self-organization and removing barriers to effectiveness. /liliAct as an ambassador of agile methods within the organization and provide reporting on Scrum deployment. /liliManage risks and issues as they arise. /liliWork within cross-functional agile teams, contributing to various disciplines as needed to achieve sprint goals. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliAt least 6 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role. /liliSound knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g., Jira). /liliUnderstanding of automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and continuous integration tooling. /liliStrong background in software development and project management methodologies. /liliKnowledge of Cards Processing systems is required. /liliExpert knowledge of agile methodologies and techniques (e.g., Kanban). /liliBachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience. /liliSound knowledge of English and at least one local language (French and/or Dutch). /liliExcellent communication skills, empathy, and a pragmatic, positive attitude. /liliAbility to foster open feedback, trust, and continuous improvement within the team. /liliProactive in developing team competencies and encouraging knowledge sharing. /liliTeam player who encourages collaboration, autonomy, and problem-solving. /liliAbility to look beyond day-to-day objectives and align actions with IT strategy. /li /ulh3Work Environment /h3ulliExpectation of 50% on-site and 50% homeworking. /liliAgile teams are cross-functional, with members contributing to multiple disciplines as needed. /li /ulh3Why Join Keystone Solutions? /h3ulliAs a consultant, you will experience a variety of challenges across different client environments, accelerating your professional growth. /liliKeystone Solutions is committed to turbo-charged learning and career development, offering broad learning experiences and opportunities for advancement. /liliOur consultants, known as “K-Stones,” embody our core values and bring them to every engagement, making a real impact for our clients. /liliWe foster ambition and support your journey to reach new heights in your career. /li /ulh3Ready for the Challenge? /h3pIf you are ready to tackle technical and strategic challenges in a dynamic consultancy environment, apply today at Keystone Solutions Career Portal. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
