Senior Investment Advisor (m/f)

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Real Estate & Investment advisor. Our client is a leading consultancy firm and with a real estate & transaction department. You will help on different services ; corporate finance transactions, real estate/infrastructure analysis, valuations and modeling assignments with a diverse portfolio of clients . Well-known company with an international presence Supportive and talented teams dedicated to collaboration and shared success. Managerial implication (supervision of more junior consultants) Support clients in optimizing portfolio performance and developing real estate strategic plans & (dis)investment opportunities . Lead the review of valuation Real estate portfolio assesment Support in buy side and sell side transactions Anticipate macro-ecomonics factors (digitalisation, sustainability and financial aspects, etc. to determine the real estate portfolio of the future) & adress recommendations Degree in management, consulting, or real estate ~+4 years in a similar role and experience required in Consultancy ~ Native level in Dutch, and good level in French and English with excellent communication skills. ~ Solid knowledge of the real estate market (ideally belgian and international), including market trends, regulations, and investment opportunities. ~ Good capacity to motivate and lead teams Offer Great financial package
