Market Research Internship

For our Brussels office, Kantar is looking for trainees to participate in our 2025 market research internship!

We work with both international and local clients in Belgium, making sure we leverage the best of the Kantar network and toolkit to make our clients and colleagues grow. Today, Kantar is looking for trainees to join us for ca. 3-6 months to learn and develop their market research skills. You will be able to do so by being involved in the full market research cycle, getting exposure to Kantar's expertise and innovative tools, and working together with some of our biggest clients.

What you'll be doing:

As a trainee, you will be involved in the full life cycle of quantitative and qualitative research, from design to data control and reporting.

Besides this, you’ll be:

• Collaborating in project management of various research studies, depending on their scope;
• Following the project from beginning to end ideally, managing all kinds of data (survey data, media data, other sources of data);
• Working closely with other team members and external providers on a variety of tasks and ensuring successful delivery;
• Exposed to client contacts and attending meetings, always with coach and team’s accompaniment.

Your profile:

We are looking for people with a curious and analytical mindset and who are interested in data, research, brands and marketing. You have an interest in different research methods and you have obtained (or you are currently working on) a relevant university degree. Ideally, you have some experience with SPSS or other research software (however this is not a requirement).

In addition:

• You are fluent in English, as well as Dutch and/or French – other languages an asset;
• You display a high level of interpersonal and communication skills;
• Overall, you show a dynamic personality and are well-organized and able to multitask.
