As Sales Director , you will be a crucial link in our organization. You combine strategic insight with a hands-on mentality and will help build the future of Keolis in Belgium.
Sales and New Business: You will lead the commercial department and be hands-on involved in generating new business. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing high-level clients, negotiate contracts, and close successful deals. Optimizing the successfull delivery of small and larger tendersManaging more transactional sales activities (such as Keolis Event-shuttle and tourism activities), taking into account their integration into local operations.
Team Management and Coaching: You will lead a team of sales professionals, motivating and coaching them to achieve their objectives and grow further. Market Analysis and Innovation: You will closely monitor market developments, identify trends, and anticipate future needs. You will analyze data to gain insights and provide steering information.
Network in mobility market: you will be responsible for maintaining a relevant network within the Belgian mobility sector.
You have a proven track record (at least 15 years) in a senior commercial role, preferably within a B2G (Business-to-Government) environment. You possess a strong and relevant network within the Belgian mobility sector that you can leverage.
You have demonstrable experience in leading, motivating, and coaching sales teams.
You are analytically strong and capable of translating data into commercial insights.
You are fluent in both Dutch and French .
