International Payroll & Rewards Expert

Your duties and responsibilities?

Drive smooth payroll operations

  • Lead the monthly payroll process for 8 countries in close collaboration with local providers and internal teams
  • Ensure data integrity, timely reporting, and compliance with local legislation and internal standards
  • Act as key point of contact for audits, statutory declarations and internal finance coordination

Enhance employee experience through strong benefits management

  • Manage and communicate benefit schemes (insurance, pension, healthcare, etc.) and ensure updates are reflected in systems
  • Benchmark compensation & perks locally, make recommendations and support strategic package offers for new hires and internal moves
  • Be the go-to expert for employees on salary and benefits-related topics

Own HR operational excellence

  • Keep HR systems and employee records up to date and GDPR-compliant
  • Streamline administrative flows (onboarding/offboarding, absences, contract changes...) and ensure process consistency
  • Contribute to the implementation and optimization of HR digital tools across countries

Support strategic people reporting

  • Produce reliable monthly dashboards (headcount, absences, turnover, mobility…) and provide insights to HR leadership
  • Track key data and share trends to support talent & reward decisions


Ideal profile?

  • Experience: 5+ years in international payroll and benefits; experience with multiple countries or complex structures is a clear asset
  • Languages: Fluent English required; Dutch/French is a plus
  • Qualifications: Bachelor or Master in HR, Finance or similar – strong knowledge of social legislation is expected
